Ok so shipping process was ok. I ordered on 2/8/21 and received on 2/18. I absolutely love this hair. I ordered 12 in bob and it came as shown. The lace is amazing. It’s not thick at all like other wigs I’ve ordered from other vendors. Easy to color as well. I added highlights and cleaned up the cut to my liking. Have not installed yet but I did also bleach the knots and it took very well. I give it 5 stars. Oh and the sellers communication with me was great. They texted me personally after I reached out.

this wig was so easy to customize. the length is perfect. it's a bit dark for my liking but I will be dying it to lighten it up a bit. it holds a nice curl and is very soft and flowy. first time ordering from this company, def won't be my last.
