The hair is true to length as so the frontal no need to wash with purple shampoo no smell take to color min shedding as expected. Hair is super soft I got 28 26 26 I have a small head so I used damn near all 3 I recommend you get a extra bundle if your head is bigger than 21-22 inches and I got the hair fast

The customer service was great seller responds fast. Hair was soft no smell no noticeable shedding so far. However I’m a little disappointed because the hair is not true to length AT ALL I ordered 30 30 30 30 w a 20 in frontal. I’d say the bundles are about 26’ and the frontal is maybe 10’
